Yes. When making a reservation, please indicate the number of children (under 6 years old) and adults (7 years and older).
Note: In the following explanation, "children" refers to those under 6 years old, and "adults" refers to those 7 years and older.
Children can stay free of charge if they share the same bed or futon as an adult, with a maximum of one child per adult.
If the number of children exceeds the number of adults in the room, please book the excess children as "adults."
Example: If 2 adults and 3 children under 6 years old are staying in the same room:
2 children can stay free of charge with the adults, but the 3rd child will incur an additional charge.
If the child does not share the bed or futon, even if they are under 6, they will incur the full charge.
If a child is listed as "children" at the time of booking but is later found to be 7 years or older at check-in, or if the number of children exceeds the number of adults in the same room, an additional fee of JPY8,470 per excess child will be charged. This applies even if no extra bed or futon is used, so please understand.
Please note: If only minors are staying, prior consent from a guardian is required.
